Meet Our Leadership Team

We’re proud to put an emphasis on quality services and fostering excellent relationships with our patients and colleagues. We encourage you to get to know us better.

Kevin Guze - Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Kevin Guze received his DMD at the University of British Columbia and completed his General Practice Residency in Dentistry at Vancouver General Hospital. He was a successful general practitioner for 15 years in the Vancouver area before coming to Harvard to complete his post-doctoral fellowship in Periodontics and receive his DMSC.

After completing his studies at Harvard, Dr. Guze went to Oxford University, where he completed his MSC in Therapeutic Pharmaceuticals. This degree enhanced his knowledge of bringing clinical discoveries to market (translational research), which has been his focus in research.

Dr. Guze has always been a natural leader and has been asked to teach and speak worldwide about his research and new dental techniques. He is a Board Certified Periodontist and a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada. Dr. Guze is also a clinical instructor at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and is active in teaching and clinical research.

Dr. Guze’s primary area of interest is translational research, which puts him in an ideal position to interact with corporate America, where entrepreneurial pursuits are explored between industry and academia.

Crystal DuBois - Chief Operations Officer

Having joined our team in 2021, Crystal has over five years of experience in driving operational excellence in multistate and multisite dental service organizations in New England, as well as 23 years of tenure in the dental field. Focused on WorkWell Dental Group’s company growth and operations strategy, Crystal is passionate about industry-leading processes, tools, management techniques, and world-class patient care. Her oral healthcare philosophy centers around the fact that a healthy body requires a healthy mouth, and that excellence in comprehensive oral health aids in managing myriad systemic health conditions.

Away from the office, Crystal loves spending time with her family, volunteering with the local historical society, cooking for family and friends, and traveling as much as possible. She relocated from Alaska to Maine in 2017, loves her adopted community, and it’s her dream to one day travel internationally and live by the ocean.

Dr. Sivers currently mentors dentists nationwide to improve their ability to diagnose, plan treatments, and enhance their quality of care. He is married, has three children, and lives in Boston.

George Barjolo - Dental Assistant, Director of OSHA & Compliance

George is a native of Philadelphia and has been with our team for over seven years. He enjoys working alongside his amazing and supportive colleagues to provide the best possible care to patients and understands that a healthy mouth often means a healthy body.

When not caring for smiles, George enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and children, and volunteering at the local food bank. His dream is to someday live on a quiet farm or a peaceful island where he can sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenery.
